Joseph Haynes has great insight into the needs of bowling associations, having 14 years of experience working with Bowling Headquarters in Tournament Operations and Field Services. During the merger of the three governing bodies for the sport into one large organization, Joseph worked diligently to facilitate the process on the state and local levels. Additionally, he has served on the boards of both local and youth bowling associations holding positions of leadership and responsibility. Currently, he is serving on the Board of the Denton County USBC Association.  Joseph is also an avid league bowler, a Certified Bronze Level Coach and a Certified Lane Inspection Instructor. Combined this makes Joseph uniquely qualified to conduct training sessions targeted specifically to the needs of bowling associations as they continue to navigate through change and transition. In addition to training three consulting programs are available for Bowling Associations:

Option I -Basic Consultation Package includes a review of your organization’s current situation with a follow-up report and recommendations.

Option II - The Mentor Program is six months of unlimited access to assist your organization strategically (set goals, create marketing plans, budgets, plan fundraising events), and tactically (tournament organization, recruitment, meeting management, etc.).

Option III – The Guided Mentoring Program is for those associations that feel the need for increased structure, or seem to allow circumstances to cause them to wander from task to task prior to completion. Also, those who require more urgency in order to create results. This includes six months of unlimited access with additional accountability requirements for meeting goals. Together we choose those areas which are of highest priority and create a detailed strategic plan with specific completion dates, along with formal, scheduled contact times to discuss accomplishments and any obstacles preventing short-term tasks from being completed.
